Questions about chores

Do my children need their own accounts?

No. Only adults hold Nestory accounts. Children are supervised profiles a parent creates — no logins, and no messaging with anyone outside your household.

How do the rewards work?

Completed chores earn coins. A parent sets the rewards and what they cost, and approves a reward before it is redeemed.

What about my children’s data?

A parent sets up every profile and holds the admin PIN. There are no ads and nothing is sold on. What we collect and how to remove it is set out in the Child Data Notice; the household’s data can be exported or deleted from inside the app.
