Delete your Nestory account
This deletes your household — every member profile, and everything below. You do not need the app installed to do it.
You followed a deletion link for this household. Nothing has been deleted yet.
Confirming schedules the deletion for 7 days from now. Signing in again before then cancels it. After that, everything below is erased and cannot be recovered.

We'll send a link to that address. Following it confirms the deletion — we ask for that rather than deleting straight from this form, so that nobody can delete someone else's household by typing in their address.
What gets deleted
- Every adult and child profile in the household, and their photos
- Chores, coins, rewards and goals, and their history
- Meal plans, recipes and grocery lists
- Calendar events, connections to Google or Apple calendars, and reminders
- Everything captured into the inbox, including files and images
- Notes, messages, moods and the household's AI memory
What is kept, and why
- A record that a deletion happened — who asked and when, with no household content in it. Data-protection law requires us to be able to show that we honoured the request.
- Payment records held by Google. Google Play is the merchant for Nestory subscriptions and keeps its own billing records under its own retention rules. Deleting your Nestory account does not and cannot erase those; cancel the subscription in Google Play.
How long it takes
Deletion is scheduled for 7 days after you confirm. Signing in again during those 7 days cancels it. After that everything above is erased and cannot be recovered.
Deleting one person instead of the household
A single member's profile can be removed from inside the app, under Admin → Profiles, without deleting the household.
